I ordered the sense 2 so I could use these features but I'm now learning that not only does it not have YouTube music but has no music app or support for a music app. The chart for Amazon on what watches have which features says that the sense 2 should have YouTube Music.

Hello @Zer0_98084 and welcome to the Community. I agree with you. This page lists it as a feature. This page is part of the Fitbit Store on Amazon. It isn't from a third party seller. You certainly have the option of returning the Fitbit. I recommend that you don't open the package. I'll give feedback to a moderator that there is incorrect information. You can give feedback to Amazon that the information is incorrect.

Sense 2 has Google Wallet and Maps but no YouTube Music Control (yet). That dot must have been mis-placed.

Welcome to the forums, @Zer0_98084. @LZeeW and @asiayeah Thanks for the heads up!
@Zer0_98084 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand that you were looking forward to trying your Sense 2 and its features, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Currently our Charge 6 is the only one that supports YouTube Music Controls. I'd recommend checking our User Manuals or visiting our comparison chart to learn more about what it's included in our Fitbit devices.
In regards to the chart on Amazon, I have reported this situation to our team so that the information displayed can be rectified. Once again, I truly appreciate your feedback and in case you're not interested in keeping your watch, please get in touch with the retailer to evaluate your return options.
