Fitbit disconnected and won't reconnect

My Sense 2 suddenly stopped connecting to the app. Upon restarting the sense 2 it thinks it is brand new and has never been set up. Tried to reset it up and it just says there's an error. Nothing I have tried is working.

We're aware of an issue impacting various functions with Fitbit and the Fitbit app and are actively looking into it. We will keep you all updated once we rollout a fix. Thanks for your understanding.

Mine too. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app. I have restarted my Sense 2. When I go directly to phone settings to connect Bluetooth, it says I need an app to connect ... which, of course, I have.

Mine is doing the same thing. There was an update about a week ago. Is that causing the problems? Please fix soon
