For several days now my calories burn is going backwards when syncing. I have restarted both phone (latest Iphone ) and watch (sense 2). Updated all new software. Any ideas how to solve?.

Hi, @Kate981 It is nice to see you in the Fitbit Community, welcome!
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your calories burnt changing after the syncing on your Sense 2. By any chance does this still happen? If so, can you send me a picture of the calories shown before you sync and after you sync in the app, please?
A picture of the Sense 2 showing the calories and one of the App after syncing will work, thanks for your efforts!

Same thing is happening to me. Even worse, lately HR is not syncing either, so I don't get a sleep score. Steps and distance have a problem too. The total is ok, but the details are not showing. Calories are already lost, but here is a snap on how the steps look like.
As you can see, time is now 23:10 and even if the app sync was completed, the total is ok, details are missing though from noon onwards. Second print screen shows clearly that the tallest bar is 2254 steps, so there are definitely a lot of steps missing there to get to 4202 of the total.
except for factory reset, I have tried every trick in the book and nothing works. There has to be a bug either in the app or phone firmware.
