Fitbit not recording my heart rate or sleep

This last week my Fitbit sense hasn’t recorded my heart beat or sleep data.  I’ve tried rebooting. Re installing the app.  Today I did a factory reset and still nothing.  

just now I notice the green light isn’t coming on the back. 

Any way to fix this?   Or is my watch just now an exercise monitor?
