Fitbit pay instead of Google wallet

Hi, I bought a new phone and I had to pair my sense 2 again. Since I was not able, I performed a factory reset of the sense 2. After I while I managed to pair it, but now I have a fitbit pay instead of google wallet.

I've read in other post to wait for update, but my sense have 60.200001.214.24 and after several days no update shows up. Before reset all was ok.

What should I do?

@max_ap , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

We do not recommend to perform a factory reset by yourself, but only on specific cases, when recommended by Support or a moderator here.

Now that you have done it, let me clarify that the v220.21 brings the Google Wallet to Sense 2.

There is no way to force the update. You'll need to use the Sense 2 as usual until the update appears as a banner in the Fitbit app.

The only recommendation we can provide is to have the latest Fitbit app installed and sync the watch at least  1-2 a day.

Yes, the watch sync several times a day, but no update is shown. It's quite
strange that a factory reset downgrade the firmware, I've never seen such
behavior

@max_ap   It's very unusual for @JuanFitbit to give incorrect information.  Google Wallet was added in version 185.52, released in 2022.  I have the same firmware on my Sense 2 (and haven't received the update notice, even though it was announced months ago).

I don't know if Support can help you or not.  What happens if you tap and try to set up Fitbit Pay?  Do you get any kind of prompt to do anything to change it to Google Wallet?

On the app I have Google wallet with a card and I can see that card on the
watch if I open what now is called fitbit pay. I haven't tried to pay yet,
maybe it works.
In that case it would be only a wrong icon on the watch.
I am not sure what firmware I had before the factory reset, but it sound
stage that a factory reset makes a firmware downgrade.

@max_ap   Not trying to make things weirder, but a factory reset is supposed to remove stored cards.

I hope things work out for you.

Yes, don't get me wrong, I had to authorise again the cards on the app and
I guess sync them on the watch. That's why it looks strange
