Hi, I just got a new fitbit sense 2 for Christmas and am having issues with getting app notifications.

I go into the settings of the fitbit app, into app notifications and only certain apps are appearing as an option. I specifically want WhatsApp notifications however WhatsApp isn't an option 

I have restarted my phone, my fitbit, ensured share system notifications are on, ensured that I have received a notification from WhatsApp and it still isn't working. 

Does anyone know a solution? I am using an iPhone 14 if that's any help

Hi, @Squidgolem! That's really strange. I see access to notifications from all my apps available to be selected, including WhatsApp. Is that set to your default messaging app? I'm wondering if that could mess it up, since it would be sending you the messages that way, at least in theory.

Hi, 

Since I'm using an iPhone 14 I don't have an option to enable WhatsApp as my default messaging service. I only have the option to enable or disable message conversations. 

The number of apps I am able to receive notifications from are growing however, despite numerous notifications from it, WhatsApp isn't appearing
