Fitbit sense 2 stuck in sleep/DND more. Tried turning off sleep mode, it says "locked for do not disturb". Tried turning off DND mode now it says "locked while in sleep mode". Went to 'settings/quiet modes" but DND and Sleep modes are blacked out and can't press them. Tried resetting the device several times, but didn't work. It’s a very frustrating loop to be stuck in. Can’t get through to chat support either, it keeps saying try again during support hours (which are 24 hours according to the website). Any help? Please and thank you!

Hi @Eshan13 - have a look at this post can't turn off DND 

Don't factory reset unless last resort if you live in the EEA because you may not be able to reinstall everything.
