Im wonder that google could not compete well enough with fitbit so it brought it out and took away features to promote its own branding

So the policy i ment to say said unused

I think been concerned about a brand new watch which is already having features removed is far enough for concern and yes there are return policys for unused could you tell me about the future of my new watch and why the removal of app/music on all your watches and is google maps still going out on watch for iphone in the future

And what is the new direction for the existing fitbits if any

Is the music support pre own by fitbit but not google is that the problem and with the apps to

Theres alot of mixed views and im now abit concerned as a customer about my new product

@SunsetRunner- this is a user forum, but from what has happened so far,

• offline music will be removed from all watches from March 31st
• challenges have been removed this month
• the online developer platform has also been removed this month
• developers aren't able to develop clock faces for this watch, apps aren't supported
• the Sense 2 has no non Fitbit apps
• the Sense 2 has no in built music controls
• the Sense 2 has no Google Assistant

The direction seems pretty clear and there has been no announcement of it changing.

For the rude email you guys just sent me i think it’s obvious i dont know what direction the watches are moving in be you said that was very clear ill be taking the watch back with the email maybe that might get around the policy on no return refunds when open rude customer serve not nice and email rudely and then block the email so what direction are all fit bits moving in if the developers cant make anythng the lising support that was in the email

Sorry i looked at your web site before buying there was no announcement about these changes on it so will maps come out and continue to be supported rest is clear

Thank you i went to live chat on the app there is no information when or if google maps is coming out for iphone first i got told that wasnt an option on iphone then theres no information if it is coming
