Fitbit stopped working

My Fitbit stopped working. I tried restarting it, and I just got a red x. I also already tried resetting my Bluetooth. This is the 2nd time in less than 7 days. The last time, it probably had something to do with an update.

I got the same problem and could not solve, been 3 weeks and not working
