Hi there. I'm hoping someone can help me with my fitbit sense 2. It's not syncing because the tracker software needs updating, but i have no idea how to do this. the app on my phone looks like the image below, there's nothing for me to press to update anything. I've tried the grey "update tracker software" bar and nothing happens. I've tried the red exclamation mark next to "Sync Now", but it just spins and then reappears.

I'm not going to be any help. I'm literally having the same problem. I have tried restarting my phone and fitbit. Deleted the app and re installed it. Bluetooth off then on. Everything still nothing..

I'm in exactly the same position as you, albeit with a Versa 4. Following this thread in case anyone provides a solution (and if I stumble across a solution myself then I'll share it here.)

Okay, so I've managed to fix the issue although I'm not quite sure which part was the magic step!
On the app, I removed my Versa 4 from my connected devices and tried to reconnect it, but then it wouldn't show the 4-digit connection code on my Versa 4 so I was a bit concerned that I'd made things worse and wouldn't be able to reconnect it!
However, I reset my tracker several times (maybe about 5 times) by holding down the side button, and I also did "force quit" on my Fitbit App. Then when I tried connecting it again, the 4-digit code finally appeared on my Versa 4 screen and it allowed me to connect - and also updated my firmware in the process! Now everything works properly again.
