@Djagota have you tried force stopping the app or restarting your phone? Those are the first things I would do.

Also, which version of the Fitbit app are you using? Is there an update available?

This is really strange, and I'm sorry it's happening to you. Here's what I suggest you do:

  • Go to your phone settings.
  • Look for all the apps.
  • Find the Fitbit app.
  • Clear the cookies and cache.

By doing this, you'll likely be logged out of your account and will need to log back in. Then you can try to set up your device again.

I had the latest version of the app. I tried restating the fitbit so that worked for me.
