Bought Sense 2 , 3 days back. When Alexa is enabled, restart every 2 hours. Today the OS crashed, had to reinstall. Looks like Google is selling beta software, brand reputation is fragile, there are lot of competition. My last fitbit...........

Bought the watch in Australia. The retailer doesn't have a return policy once the watch is used. An update: sense 2 became a brick yesterday. It doesn't connect to blue tooth device. Sense 2 don't have a hard reset button. Really bad software and hardware design.

@Ben007 - the Sense 2 probably does have a factory reset button.
However if it is not working, it is covered by warranty if faulty or not working and cave replaced. In which case they may be willing to exchange it for the cheaper and better Sense.
