Free 6-month Premium Trial for Fitbit Sense 2

I ordered my Fitbit Sense 2 in December 2022 and received it in January 2023. At the time of purchase, it offered a free 6-month trial of Premium that I could add to my cart. Fitbit is now telling me that my free trial started the day of purchase and not the day I received or activated the Fitbit, so I am losing out on 16 days of the free trial of Premium. I contacted Fitbit via chat and also by phone and they are of no assistance and won't budge on this. Why would my free trial start on the day I ordered the Fitbit when I didn't even have the Fitbit until 16 days later?  Anyone else this issue?

@Loara03 Two things, 1st Fitbit has always started the moment paid/activated. 2nd double check your account via Apple pay/Google Pay or via https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/account/subscriptions

 

Because they setup a auto renewal on the card or whatever was used to buy it. So make sure to cancel auto renewal and you have to call to have them remove your credit card, as they provide no way of removing it via the web site.
