Google wallet issue

Hi all, when adding payment card into google wallet in Fitbit app, error above came out. Is it I need to contact my bank or this is Fitbit's issue? Using Public Bank.

It's hard for me to tell, as I am having the same issue with my credit card from a different company.  I can add it to GPay fine, but can't add it to my wallet on my watch.
