Just got sense 2 when I put on exercise mode the heart rate doesn't work.  So annoying

Hi @catz247 - if you push the button and select an exercise there is an option to configure what is displayed and if you swipe up the watch face before starting the exercise you can change it.

If this is not helpful try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
