Heart rate inaccuracy from April 2025 update

Has anyone seen this?  I am doing my normal elliptical workout which before the update was an average of 160 bpm, now won’t show above 90 bpm/ zero zone minutes and flat graph when synced on the app. The heart rate screen on the watch shows an increase 😢. Wish I could revert the update.

I never meet the cardio goal anymore since the update - before the update I met the weekly goal every day - the heart sensor is definitely different. Very frustrating but I don't have time to replace due to serious life events happening. I also don't think it is the watch as it was working well before the update.

Thank you for replying. At least I know it isn’t just me. So frustrating. Hopefully they fix this quickly.
