Heart rate stopped working on Sense 2

My Sense 2 has started having trouble with the heart rate feature recently. Until a couple weeks ago, I didn't have any issues. Then on Sept 8 and 10, the heart rate sensor stopped sensing in the middle of the night. When I rebooted the watch in the morning, everything seemed fine. After the second time, everything was fine until a couple days ago when again the heart rate stopped sensing during the night. I rebooted, but now the heart rate sensing stops over and over all day.

Is there anything I can do to get my Sense 2 back on track? I wonder if I'm still under warranty. I got it November 2022. Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Thanks!

It's good to see you around @jkatj.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Sense 2 and for trying to fix it on your own. I'm sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing with it.

Please follow the instructions in this article to improve the heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I've already seen those resources and determined there was nothing there that helps my situation. That's why I posted my message. I'm sorry I didn't mention that in my message. That would have been helpful info!

Anyway, the only way to get the heart rate sensor to start working after it stops is rebooting. Otherwise, it just stays off. Moving it around on my arm doesn't help. Tightening or loosening the band doesn't help. Only rebooting.

Do you have any resources that offer solutions for when the watch has to be rebooted multiple times a day to get the heart rate sensor to work?

Thanks again!
