How do I pair my fit bit and update it changed time and date

I'm a bit confused with what you're trying to accomplish.  It sounds like you're talking about three separate issues.  The fact that you need to pair your device to your account has little to do with actually updating the device.

First you need to pair your account with the fitbit.  Since you already have a Fitbit account, you're already halfway through the process.  All you need to do now is download the Fitbit app on your device and log in using the account information you used to create the account for these forums.  Once you do, you'll be directed to your Dashboard.  From there, in the top left corner of your screen, you'll see a small version of your profile picture.  Tap that, then "Add New Device".  Turn your Bluetooth ON and follow the prompts.

Once you set the device up, if there's an update available, you'll see a pink banner across the top of your Dashboard (you should be redirected back to your Dashboard once the setup process is complete).  Tap the pink banner to start the update.  Please note that updates are released in batches, so it may take some time to roll out to you.
