Hello. I understand there is no Spotify support, but surely you must be able to skip songs and change the volume of music that's playing on your phone?

Sense 2 has no any music control capabilities.

Wait - how do you have Spotify on your Sense 2??? It won’t install on mine at all.

Hi @BV79 , @TheEverEvolving - if you only just got your Sense 2 did you know if you are unhappy with the watch, Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
You could then upgrade to a Sense which has the built-in Music Controls feature that lets you control any music playing on the phone and change the volume without needing a Spotify premium only app.
The advantage is you don't have to stop whatever clock or app you are using to do it, unlike the Spotify control app which requires exclusive use of the watch and can't control the volume.
