What is the distance unit or how can I find what my distance unit is?

From phone app Today screen:

Profile pic (circle at top left)  > App Settings > Units > Length

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

There is no profile circle in the top left, but I tried the one in the top right and there is no section called app settings?

I drew a blue circle around my profile pic on the Today screen of the phone app in screen shot below,  which is in the circle at the top left where your profile pic would be if you had one, but is am empty circle for you.
