I got a new Fitbit. Same as the old. But I’m afraid to use the new one because I do not want to lose all my info on my app. I just want to use the new one and not lose any information. I’ve had a Fitbit since 2016

Hi @feetinsand - don't worry, every time you sync a watch it uploads the data to the Fitbit servers which displays the information in the Fitbit App, providing you always login with the same account.
So changing which watch you use is not a problem, if you sync the old one first, no data which belongs to your account will be lost.
However when we you start with a new watch you may need to load any clocks and specific settings that were on the previous watch, during the first time setup of the new one.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, your historical data will remain on your Fitbit account after setting up your new Inspire 2. For more information, see How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
