Sense 2 / can't complete the update

  • My sense two stopped working on 4/18. I saw that there was an update that needed to be done. I have tried several times to update the watch it goes through the process for about 20 minutes they says it could not connect.. 
  • It is charged, I have high speed internet and the watch is next to the phone.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the update in your Sense 2. 

Please try to uninstall your app and install it again, restart your Sense 2 by pressing the button until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and restart your phone.

Try to complete the update again and maintain your watch plugged into the charging cable. The update will take at least 10 min or maybe more, you will see a progress bar on the watch screen.
