How do I turn off Sense 2 Cardio Load alerts?

Is there a way to turn off the pop up alerts on the app telling me to “Take it Easy” or “you’re almost there” and other messages? They keep freezing the screen and refuse to close when I click the X requiring me to constantly have to close and reopen the app.

Thanks for sharing these details with me. I want to let you know that currently it's not possible to turn off the Cardio Load alerts. However, this has been escalated to our team for further investigation.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and please know we're keeping our team informed of the impact to all our members.
