Was curious, since this option popped up in premium tab. Now my watch battery dies in just under 48 hrs in addition to this function not even working on Sense 2.
How do I turn it off now?
There is NO “Snore detection” or any similar option in the “Sleep” tab.
What now?

Hi @Olex here is the article on how to turn it on - click to go there - so just do the reverse to turn it off.

@Olex Sense 2 doesn't support snore detection. If the battery is being drained I doubt it's because of snore detection. I turned on this option on my Sense 2 (it's there but it isn't supported but hey, that's Fitbit) and there was no negative impact on the power consumption.

My battery also drains very quickly. It appears for me to drain when I wear the device overnight.
I deleted the Oxygen monitor, and that helped a bit, but still even without that, and sleep sensitivity set to normal, and the screen off until button pushed… 65% before sleep, 18% by morning.
I think they have a battery issue.
