This morning The watch made a too-too-toot noise while I was in bed. I tried reading the screen, but without my glasses, I couldn't. Later the notice was gone.
I went through all the info on the watch, phone app, as well as on Google to try to find out what it means to notify a Sense 2 wearer. No definition of notify.
It is supposed to notify me if there is AFib. It doesn't say how it notifies. The listed Heart and sleep info on the watch/app are normal.
I bought the Sense 2 because it supposedly picks up on some heart irregularities. However the HRV stopped working a few weeks ago. And the ECG has "worked" but then says it can't measure correctly. UNTIL TODAY, that is. An hour after the too-too-toot, the ECG worked for the first time and stated that my rhythm was normal.
I hope someone has some insight about this.

@LOIj I've never had a notification like you describe from my Fitbit, so I'm not sure what it was that you heard.
If you'd like to check your health notification history, it's in the "You" tab of the Fitbit app. You can swipe the screen under "Health Assessments" to see the various options that are available.

@LOIj , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.
According to your description I assume that you were awakened by the SmartWake alarm.
When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time.
How to turn this off/ on can be found here: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
All about the notifications can be found on these articles.

I've had this phone since mid July. It has never beeped for anything before. Why would a person want to be awakened 30 minutes before a set alarm? I have never set an alarm on my phone, but it sure wasn't set for 7:30.
I will read your references. However, I'm still left with the main question: what does it mean to NOTIFY the Sense2? Plus I've asked this question twice before: why is the Sense2 so inconsistent? No one has answered my previous inquiries. I'm tired of trying to figure out how to interact with it since it changes constantly.

Thanks for pointing out where to look for notifications. It says I have
none. It also says it last checked at 7:45 am this morning. I think that
means checking the heart, but elsewhere it says it checks the heart rhythm
when a person was resting. I got out of bed before 7:05.
I know I heard the noise from the watch because my ear was over the watch.
My phone was on silent.
There are so many inconsistencies in this Sense2 that I'm wondering if it
is worth the time to look at the various parts of the app. For example, in
Aug it kept telling me that on 9/1 I would get some sort of better
assessment of my sleep patterns because it could analyze 14 days. I've worn
the watch since mid July except when it is on the charger. But on 9/1, it
said wait 14 more days because Ive only logged one day.
