How the hell do you program intervals for running?

I have just spent the last hour trying to program my run for tomorrow. I have followed the instructions on the Fitbit support and it says to select device and then workouts. That option is not there in my app. I have heard the Fitbits are pretty crap for running intervals. Anyone know how to program intervals? Please don't say select device and then workouts as that is not listed there. Trust me tried for the last hour.

@jessicabarrette   I looked at your public profile and see that you are a long time Fitbit member.  Older models set the intervals on the app.  You make all the exercise settings on your Sense 2.  Try these steps:

  • Short press the Sense 2 button, then select the Exercise app
  • Swipe up on the screen to Other exercises and tap on that
  • Now swipe up to Interval Workout and tap on that
  • Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen
  • Tap on the Interval icon on the right and set your intervals
  • You can swipe up more for more settings like GPS, always on display, etc.  Please toggle the heart zone minute notification off or you will get all kinds of vibrations that you don't want.

Your interval times will stay the same until you go back and change them.
