Hi all,
I purchased my Sense 2 in November of 2022. It's been a great watch. However now the battery rapidly drains.
I noticed two nights ago that it was at 5% after only a few days (and no push notification that it was low) so I charged it. I put it back on yesterday around 1pm.
Now, 24 hours later it's at 5% again.
I do not use any third party apps or anything, just using it for sleep and step counting.
Can the batteries be replaced, or do I have a heap of junk after 1.5 years?

Hi there, @WasagaRedfoot. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2's battery is draining too quickly. I understand where your concern is coming from. I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd like to ask if by any chance you're using snore detection? Please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
However, as you know, the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. In addition to the features you've mentioned, are you perhaps using an Always-On Display clock face? If so, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor its behavior the next couple of days. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.
Regarding your inquiry, we as Fitbit do not do it or suggest to replace the battery as that could permanently damage your watch. The battery on Fitbit devices are not replaceable nor interchanged.
Before doing something to your Fitbit device, please review the section Availability or repair facilities/spare parts and Exclusions and Limitations from this article fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

No snore detection, no always on. Same settings since I purchased it. To the garbage it goes, I guess.

I've seen the same behavior; it comes and goes; I never figured out a reliable trigger, the last time this happened all I did is let the watch die since I didn't have my charger cable; when it came back - horrible battery life. The last time this happened I did a factory reset and re-sync with the app; then battery life was restored to normal; and normal for me, 1 year old Sense 2 is this: from full charge to 3% battery with low warning: 7 days
