By Sense 2 died earlier today and is not charging I have two charging cables and have tried both I have cleaned the pins etc and tried various charging ports on two different laptops and different wall sockets too but to no avail

Hi @Oonagh40 - what caused the watch to stop? Did it get wet? Did you make a change or just forget to charge it. If the latter see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It is possible the cables are both faulty.
However try holding the button for a full 10 seconds and after 30 seconds try and sync with the Fitbit App which if successful would indicate a display failure rather than a charging problem.

Fitbit support were very helpful and as my Sense was eligible for a replacement unit I received a new one within a few days.
