The sense 2 asks me to log how I was feeling when it registers a body response but only gives me 8 options so far it’s not tallying with when I feel stressed so a neutral option would be useful …also nothing to log what was happening at the time to trigger a response …so I can’t see any trends eg had a car accident this morning but this didn’t register a response yet sitting safely at home with a cup of tea 11 hours later did???

Hello, @Trudy01 Welcome to the forums.
Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to the body responses on your Sense 2.
You can log the responses you find necessaries to log in your stress management tool, it may happen the options it gives you are not 100% accurate, however, you can choose the closest one.
Let me know if this was your question, if not, explain in detail so I can give you a clearer answer.

Also, why are the mood responses I logged on the watch not on the app? I try to log my mood everytime a prompt appears on the watch, but none of them are synced with the app. It feels useless.
