Unable to setup aFIib notifications

I am unable to setup aFib notifications. The verify eligibility screen will not let me enter my birth date and the "next" button is grayed out.  Please note the dashboard has my correct birthday and country, which is the US.

Not knowing your age, I'd like to point out that you cannot use Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications check for atrial fibrillation (AFib) if you aren't at least 22 years old as this feature has not been tested for and is not intended for use on people under 22 years of age yet.
