How to use ECG with my Sense 2?

Hi

 I got the fitbit sense 2 new and have not been able to locate the ecg app. It is not on the fitbit app list on the app on my phone or in the app list on the watch. Has anyone else had this issue and how have they fixed it?

Where are you located? The ECG function is only approved in certain countries.

I live in the uk. I have been able to get the ecg app but only is there when my wifi is switched off as soon as I’m back on wifi it disappears again.

That is odd. By chance, when on WIFI, are you routed through a VPN? I found out when using the ECG and a VPN the app would not show up. I had to white list the Fitbit app on the VPN. Then it worked fine.

I had that issue, I had a adblock VPN that was preventing the fitbit app from reaching its app store.  I disabled adblock for the fitbit app.  When I had a fancier adblock, I could have just blocked/unblocked the specific connection that was causing the issue.
