Dear all,
I have issues to receive the notifications on my Sense 2. I went through all the troubleshooting, and also read the articles here in the forum. I manage to get it going, but as soon as I put my Phone on sleep during the night, or just go too far away from my Phone, notifications will no longer go through and I get following message : Notification Service not running. A Phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker. But a Phone Restart is never enough, I need to totally unbind my Sense 2 from the Fitbit App, clearly all the data of the Fitbit App and then pair my Sense 2 again. But I can't keep doing this every few hours.
Has anyone a permanent fix ?
I have a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, all firmware on Phone and tracker is up to date.
Thank you !

Update: The Battery settings did the trick. By default, my Phone managed the settings automatically and the notifications did not work. I manually changed the settings so that the App can Start automatically and work in background etc. and I have not had any further problems.
