My Sense 2 sensor fell off

One of the sensors fell off, and although I picked it up and out it back on, when I take the fitbit off, it isn't attached and falls off still.  What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear about you Fitbit. I think in this situation it's best to contact customer support (here) and discuss if there are any warranty options available for you.

When you contact them they just tell you they will send an email, no email ever came.
