Sense 2 vibration motor is not working

I've used many fitibits but sadly I think the Sense 2 will be my last. The countdown timer either doesn't vibrate or just does a an undetectable notification. I *NEED* a timer every day because of a health issue. I got the FB S2 because it advertised pulse alerts (but then I found out that it only alerts when you're NOT DOING ANYTHING), and because of the timer. I'm using an older watch I have that actually does alert w. audio and vibration but since it's just a watch it doesn't have any other fitness tools. Does the Sense 2 actually vibrate for countdown? Is there a way to increase the vibration duration or count of vibration or even add an audio alert?

Hi @fjbkh - please see this post 

There is no audio unfortunately on any Fitbit for timers.

However hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This may help.
