I had been getting emails phone calls and texts on my fitbit sense but they are not coming in now.
How do I get them back please?

Hi @devorgilla - it is not clear if you have a Sense or a Sense 2 watch, as you posted in the Sense forum previously.
If you have both watches to make sure your Sense 2 watch can receive notifications pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.
If you have a Sense the procedure is similar but in Quick Settings turn off Sleep and Do not disturb if they are on.
One of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it loses connection and when that happens you won't get notifications.
To temporarily fix that issue toggle the phone Bluetooth off/on and restart the watch and sync manually. You may also need to restart the phone.
