Interval by time and/or distance

Hi There, 

 

I am part of a running group that does varying programs 2-3 times a week. We mix it up by distance and time. So we could be doing a Fartlek session whereby we do 1km and then 60 seconds slower. Then 1km and then 60 seconds slower. 

 

Everyone in the group has mostly a Garmin or an Apple Watch and they can program these types of intervals. I have tried searching how to do on the Sense but I can't seem to find it. I am thinking I might just switch to a Garmin if it cant do things like this? Unless someone can show me how?

Fitbit has no such features. Best option for you is switching to Garmin. When it comes to programming structured workouts you won't be disappointed.
