Irregular heart rate notification not sent to Sense 2

While sleeping I went into AFIB. My Sense 2 watch detected this 30 minutes before I woke up. My phone sent no noise messages, but my watch did not vibrate with a notification that could have woke me earlier. How can I setup my Sense 2 to vibrate on these types of notifications?
