Is sense 2 resistant to shocks, for example if the device falls down on the floor from about 150 cm? Which damages can occur?

Hi @Noemi88  several people have posted on the forums about accidents with their Fitbits, but not specifically the Sense 2. With that sort of distance, which is about 59 inches for those of us in the USA, it could crack the screen or worse. I recall one person had their Fitbit fall from in the bathroom from the vanity to the floor and it cracked their screen. The average vanity can't be much more than four feet (48 inches) so any drop is potentially a problem for any of these devices.
