I found a string of comments from about two years ago and many people were having the same issue. It gives me a general score but will not give my individual breakdown. I’ve completed all the steps it says and still nothing. I find it interesting replies on the old comments are restricted and the issue hasn’t been resolved.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Lkrunner123!
As listed in the comparison table, details about the stress management score are only available for Fitbit Premium members:
More details about what a Fitbit Premium membership has to offer, can be found here:

@Talahthas op clearly states they are receiving a score.
@Lkrunner123 I have the same issue. I have premium. I don't look for my stress management decor often but I can see a daily overall score and a score for each individual item (e.g. responsiveness). I see a message in gold that says "Score breakdown included with Fitbit Premium". This seems like a bug.

@Sikbit It's not a bug, just confusing wording on the display. You are seeing the Premium score breakdown -- you have the bar graphs. Users without Premium have their score in a circle and are offered the opportunity (or nagged, depending on your point of view) to buy Premium.
@Lkrunner123 Does your app screen look like the screenshot?
