Sense 2 not getting the replacement

I bought a watch . Its now faulty I was told I wouldn't be getting a replacement.  Then I showed all my details and was told I would get a replacement  . Then I was told the watch was delivered .it wasn't.  Then I got back onto customer service.  I went from fitbit to Google customer service and no one would help me . Then I was told again the watch would be replaced.  Again I was told a day later watch was delivered . Then I was told no it wasn't delivered but a new one would be sent . 

 

This is going on 2 weeks and no one can tell me when I'm getting a replacement  . No manager or supervisor is ever  onduty to call me . 

 

By far yhr worst experience ever... don't buy a fitbit watch
