I just purchased my Sense 2. Have had a Versa 2 for several years. It keeps showing a heart rate even after I take it off....it will even change the heart rate. This makes me wonder if the reading is accurate when I am wearing it. Also, it is not pairing to my Android phone for calls and texts. And lastly, the app won't let me set up the notification for irregular heart rhythm. I'm wondering if I should return it.

Hi @Mrturner83 - the Versa 2 is a more reliable watch for HR and has things the Sense 2 doesn't. If you wear the Sense 2 properly and are not moving it should give a reasonable HR, so Sleep should be ok but once you start moving the HR may be far from accurate. Mine reads double at times and others have mentioned it under reading.
Your watch needs to be syncing well and the notifications not disabled for notifications to work. There is also a new Fitbit App which is causing lots of issues, one of which is not syncing.
It is normally possible to get a refund if you just got it.

Should I exchange it for a Versa 4 or is it not as good as the Versa 2 either?

@Mrturner83 - Versa 4 and Sense 2 use the same platform.
