In the Fitbit app, under permissions for Weather, is Location enabled?
This can be found by tapping on the battery percentage in the upper left of the Fitbit app. Then, tapping on your device, and tap on Gallery. Next, tap on the Apps tab at the top of the screen. Scroll until you see Weather and tap on it. Then, tap on Permissions and verify Location is enabled.
