Logging Stress Responses

My fitbit Sense 2 will alert me when it detects a stress response and asks me to log how I am feeling. I save a response on my device but it doesn’t appear in the app. Why does the response I input to my device not sync into the app? My Sense 2 is brand new out of the box, not even had it for a week yet.

@Julianna14 Hey there. Do you have the Body Response tile on your Fitbit app? I believe that is where these stress responses are logged.

Yes thats not the issue. I log the response on my device and then my app shows I haven’t logged one yet.

I have the same issue. It’s been going on for several months now and I can’t find a solution anywhere online 😓
