Low Battery Notification

I received a Low Battery notification through the app for the first time on my Sense 2 at 35% battery. The app says my device is at Medium battery. Why am I receiving a Low notification if it's not actually Low? Is there a setting somewhere to control this? I don't want to be charging my device more frequently than required and I don't want to clear the notification in case I forget when it actually is Low?

There is no setting for this. Anyway I got second notification around 20%. 35% is soon for me too.

No response from Fitbit on this? Unsure why the behaviour of the low battery notification would be completely different to other Fitbit models. I'm still getting a notification every 35%.

I think 35% is way too soon as well. I made a Feature Suggestion
