Low energy device connection problem

I have exhausted every effort to pair my Sence 2 advance health watch. It just keeps telling me couldn't connect low energy device. I have un-installed re-installed, reset, un-installed on all other devices. Gave all permissions have all locations on. Have looked at and tried everything on this form. My phone is a Samsung S22 Ultra. I'm looking for any other advice.

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Sense 2 won't connect to the Fitbit app.

Does the error message appear on your watch or in the Fitbit app? Do you see any damage in the pins of the charger?

This week a new Fitbit app version (the 4.40 one) has been released. Please try to update the app and then follow all the troubleshooting steps described in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

It won't pair to the app.
It says an app is needed to use this device.

I have un-installed the app reinstalled it. Then it says, can't sync
without Bluetooth.
I follow prompts It then says, tap to open settings, then nearby
permission for pairing and syncing. Then it does nothing. If I tap to open
settings it just flashes the screen.

I am having the same problem same fitbit, same phone.
