I can get calls but not messages on my new sense 2. I have all notifications and Bluetooth setting correct ? Any other suggestions?

Hi @Jimmc24 - firstly pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons to ensure notifications are enabled by the watch.

If you are using the new V4 Fitbit App one of the problems is it will lose contact with the watch and then you won't get any communications.

So make sure it is properly syncing.

In the Fitbit App device page make sure Notifications and App notifications are correctly setup and sync.
