Hi all,
The metal strips on the back of my Sense 2 fell off 8 months after I bought it. Please note that I do NOT wear it in the pool or the shower, ever. I contacted Fitbit and they sent a refurbished unit to replace it. That was in August of last year... 7 months ago. One of the strips just fell off of the replacement unit. They told me the replacement unit would only be warranteed for the same period as the original unit, meaning that it is no longer under warranty. A $370 tracker should not have to be replaced every 7 - 8 months! Does anyone know of a fitness tracker that will last longer?
Fitbit, if you're reading this, is there anything you can do to make this right?
