Sense 2 won't open text message on phone

When a notification comes in, I click on the open on phone on my Fitbit sense 2 I get icon a link sent message appears then nothing happens on phone.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. This is odd as the notification should open up on your phone. Because this doesn't happen, let me recommend the following:

1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings on your phone
2. Force quit the Fitbit app
3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance
4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
5. Try receiving a text message to test your watch

I have tried all of those and it still does not open anything on the
phone...the watch says link sent but nothing happens on phone
