I’ve just upgraded to a Sense 2 today from a sense, I’m surprised it’s gone back to the button system and not the wrist pump response. I through my fitness and my work rely on the music controls from the watch as a musician for practice as well as on gigs not having to run over to skip or pause tracks looking unprofessional and mostly for convenience. As previously mentioned by others running and changing music/podcasts it makes a big difference to pulling out your phone.
I also noticed while looking for music (before coming here) on Fitbit that I can no longer browse new apps, only watch faces.
