My fitbit sense 2 died today. I cannot sync it. It does not stay on the charger. I pressed the side button for 20 seconds, but nothing happened. Before I synced last time it showed 67% battery capacity.

Having equally frustrating problem with my Sense 2; seemingly charged to 76% (according to App on my iPhone). Yet S2 screen completely black, buzzed when I pressed side button for 10secs+, eventually blue logo came on steady for 15secs then off for 10secs before large red cross appeared for 10secs followed by a black blank screen again. Device was working fine until last charge attempt 2 days ago.
Can’t see any relevant help on Support pages of FitBit website.
